Famous in the North of Ireland's Ancient East for our genuine, handcrafted Sourdough, Matilda’s also offers a selection of breads including traditional brown wheaten (granny Muldoons' recipe), 100% spelt brown loaves, Ciabatta, Brehon stout & treacle loaves, country cobs, fruit sodas, focaccia, fougasse, and batch loaves.
In addition to breads, we also have a large range of pastries available which are made fresh, on a daily basis. Some of our more popular options include; real almond frangipane tarts, genuine Belgian chocolate tarts, custom made buttercream gâteaux, fresh cream sponges, éclairs, muffins, cupcakes, cookies, tray bakes, tarts, loaves, and much, much more. All made from scratch, by hand, and on site, by our dedicated team of bakers.
